Shadow Box Card

This card is totally inspired by Jennifer McGuire, she comes up with the best tutorials. I have linked her video below mine, please go over and check hers out. Here are the measurements for the card as well as photos and the video link. I have also included the links to products I have used at the bottom. I hope you enjoy and give this a go.

You will need two pieces of cardstock, that are 5 1/2x 8 1/2 on the first one which is your card cover you will need to score at 4 1/4". On one of these pieces cut 1/2" off. this will be your back piece. Then on the second one score at 1/2", 4 1/4" and 4 3/4". On the side with the 1/2" score line piece this is called the front you will need to cut a window. This will be the place where your "scene" will show through.
For the inside piece you will stamp on it needs to be 3 1/5"x4 1/2" stamp your scene on this and when gluing down make sure it shows through your window. Put glue on the 1/2" piece of the second piece of paper and (top side) and glue this down right at the edge of the score line on your card back. Place your scene inside making sure it shows to the front and glue down. Then flip the card over and place glue on the piece of card you just glued and glue that to the back piece of the card base that you trimmed off. This is so hard to explain and put into words, but if you watch the video I think you will get it.
